Cheesecakes are the number one dish for breakfast. First of all, it is very simple and quick to prepare, and secondly, you only need a few ingredients and a delicious dish is ready.

The FoodObz editorial team shares 2 recipes for airy, delicious, fluffy cheesecakes in the oven without a gram of flour that will definitely become your favorite.

1. Cheesecakes with starch

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 300 g
  • sugar - 50 g
  • corn starch - 30 g
  • egg yolk - 40 g
  • raisins - 25 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • vanillin - 10 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork, add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, salt, and flour, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the previously soaked raisins last.
  3. Form the cheesecakes with wet hands, roll in more starch, and put on a baking sheet with parchment, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170 C.

The finished dish is best served hot, with sour cream, caramel, and fresh berries.

2. Oatmeal cheesecakes without flour and sugar

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • oatmeal - 4 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Mash the cottage cheese, add the oatmeal, egg, and salt, and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. With wet hands, form the pancakes, put them in a baking dish, and put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 170 C or fry in coconut oil until tender.

Serve the finished cheesecakes with condensed milk or sweet jam.
