Chebureks on custard dough: always crispy

Ideal chebureks should be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. All this can be achieved if you cook the products on custard dough. After frying, the chebureks have a nice golden color.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • water - 300 mlpost
  • oil - 50 ml
  • flour - 600 g
  • salt - 1.5 tsp

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • minced meat - 300 g
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt to the flour. Pour in the boiling water and vegetable oil and knead the dough gently.

2. Let cool for a few minutes.

3. Add salt, pepper, grated onion to the minced meat and mix.

4. Divide the dough into 12 pieces of about 77 g each. Roll out and place the mincemeat, wrap and seal.

5. Fry in oil over medium heat on both sides until cooked through.
