Charlotte with figs and dor blue cheese: how to make a delicious pie with unusual ingredients

Charlotte is a dessert that is basically a sponge cake with fruit. Apples are most commonly used, but any other fruit can be added, thus creating new explosive flavors.

For example, Alyona Moskovchenko, a food blogger from Ukraine, shared that how to cook charlotte with figs on Instagram. It turns out to be extremely flavorful and tasty. And to make its taste perfect, the cook also added dor blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • sour cream - 300 g
  • sugar - 300 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • flour - 300 g
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • salt - a pinch
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.

1. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs to the sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.

2. Add flour and salt and mix again.

3. Add baking soda, quench it with vinegar, and mix until smooth.

4. Pour the batter into a 26 cm diameter baking dish. Top with figs and dor blue cheese.
