Chanahi with beans and mushrooms: how to cook without flour and oven

The classic chanakhi dish is traditionally cooked and served in pots. Although you can do without it. In addition to stewed meat and vegetables, beans and mushrooms will give the dish a special flavor. And incredible flavor - spicy spices and garlic. By the way, flour can be omitted - so chanakhi will be quite liquid and can be eaten as a soup.

Ingredients:

  • meat
  • mushrooms
  • beans
  • potatoes
  • carrot
  • water
  • onion
  • garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • bay leaves
  • spices

Method of preparation:

1. Add onion, pepper, salt and bay leaves to the water. Boil the broth.

2. Meanwhile, boil and fry the mushrooms.

3. Add beans and spices to the mushrooms. Simmer until tender.

4. Fry the meat with spices. Add a little water and simmer until tender.

5. Cut the potatoes and carrots. Fry until golden brown.

6. Add all the cooked ingredients to the prepared broth. Bring to a boil.

7. At the end of cooking add garlic and spices.
