Cauliflower in sour cream sauce for lunch: an easy recipe
Cauliflower is not only delicious but also a very satisfying and healthy vegetable. It can be used to make many delicious dishes, including soups, casseroles, and salads.
On Instagram, chef Anastasiia Solopii shared a recipe for delicious cauliflower in a creamy sauce, which would be an ideal lunch option.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower – 1 pc
- flour – 30 g
- butter – 30 g
- milk – 400 ml
- hard cheese – 100 g
- salt, pepper, nutmeg – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Disassemble the cabbage into florets and boil in salted water.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the flour.
3. Gradually pour in the milk and stir thoroughly to avoid lumps.
4. Add salt, nutmeg, and pepper, stir, and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes.
5. Put the cabbage in a baking dish, pour the sauce on top, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C.
