Unfortunately, cauliflower (like all white cabbage) is often disliked for its odor. This can be corrected with a variety of seasonings: your favorite herbs, freshly squeezed or dried garlic, herbs, paprika, and pepper.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper, smoked paprika
  • garlic - 2 cloves

Method of preparation:

1. Divide the cabbage into florets and cook for 5 minutes.

2. Prepare the batter: beat the eggs with spices, add sour cream and flour. Mix everything thoroughly, squeeze 2 cloves of garlic.

3. Drain the boiled cabbage, and cool slightly.

4. Dip each floret in the batter and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

5. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

6. Leave in the oven for 5 minutes.

7. When serving, sprinkle the cabbage with your favorite cheese, as this product will add a creamy flavor and make it even more delicious.
