Most of us associate cheesecakes with mornings and a leisurely breakfast. There are many recipes for this dish to suit every taste, from classic to savory.
But today, FoodOboz editorial team offers you a recipe for carrot-apple cheesecakes with vanilla sauce in the oven.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 250-300 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- apples - 3 pcs.
- cinnamon - 10 g
- vanilla - 10 g
- sugar - 4 tbsp
- semolina - 4 tbsp
- milk - 1 glass
- raisins - 20-30 g
Method of preparation:
- Peel the apples and carrots well, grate them, and add cinnamon.
- Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, add sugar, vanilla, semolina, well-soaked raisins, and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
- Gently mix the curd mass with apples and carrots.
- Moisten your hands well and form the cheesecakes, put them on a baking sheet, and cover it with parchment in advance. Place the finished cheesecakes in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Sauce:
Mash 2 egg yolks with sugar, add milk, and vanilla, and cook until the mixture thickens. Pour the sauce over the hot cheesecakes.
Before serving, you can add any fruit, nuts, dried fruit, candied fruit - to taste. You can also use sour cream instead of the sauce.
