Caramel sponge cake that always turns out fluffy: what to make with

Sponge cakes are the basis for a variety of delicious desserts. And no matter what kind of cream you choose, the taste of the pastry depends on how fluffy the dough is. Therefore, among all the technologies, it is worth choosing the option with condensed milk. The texture becomes very tender, and the taste has a pleasant caramel flavor.

The idea of making a fluffy caramel sponge cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Albina with the nickname binel_cake.

Ingredients:

  • boiled condensed milk – 1 can (you can not add everything)
  • eggs – 4 pcs
  • flour – 190 g
  • oil – 90 ml
  • baking powder – 1 tbsp (with a slide)
  • sugar – 90 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat for a long time (+- 10 minutes).

2. Add the condensed milk. Whisk until the milk is dissolved.

3. Add the oil and beat again.

4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture. Stir with a whisk. The dough will be liquid.

5. Pour into the mold (cover with parchment). Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

6. Custards: butter with condensed milk (very sweet) or sour cream.
