Chef Yulia Symonchuk shared a recipe for a delicious Caprese salad, which takes only 5 minutes to prepare, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- mozzarella - 125 g
- pesto sauce - 3-4 tsp.
- fresh basil - a bunch
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes and cheese into rings.
2. Place on a plate in layers, alternating. Top with a basil leaf.
3. Pour the sauce over, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and garnish to your liking.
The salad will be very tasty, healthy and flavorful!
