Recipe

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes
  • oil - 1 tbsp. for each jar
  • onion
  • bay leaf - 1 per jar
  • peppercorns - 4-5 peas per jar
  • parsley

Marinade:

  • for 1 liter of water, 2 tbsp salt, 5 tbsp sugar, 100 g vinegar, 5 pieces of bay leaf, bitter pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and put them in jars with the cut side down. Top each layer of tomatoes with onions (cut into half rings) and parsley.

2. Add 1 tbsp of oil, 1 bay leaf, and 4-5 peppercorns.
