Canned corn fritters: a recipe for a hearty and budget-friendly dinner dish
Pancakes can be made not only from flour, zucchini, and vegetables, but they are also delicious with onions and even corn.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for very satisfying and delicious canned corn pancakes.
Ingredients:
- can of corn
- dill/parsley/green onions
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- salt
- 20 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 50-80 g of cheese
- 60 g of flour
- 1/3 tsp of baking powder
Method of preparation:
1. Put the corn in a bowl without the liquid where it was. Add finely chopped greens or green onions.
2. Next, add the smoked paprika, turmeric, and salt and mix well.
3. Pour in the milk, add the egg, finely grated cheese, flour, and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with sour cream or white yogurt!
