  • Flour – 250 g
  • Cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Soda – 1 tsp + vinegar
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Oil – 50 ml
  • Milk – 140 ml
  • Boiled water – 100 ml

For the cream:

  • Sour cream – 400 g
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, and oil.

2. Gradually pour boiling water and knead a thick dough.

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Eggs – 1 pc
  • Sugar – 1\2 tbsp
  • Flour – 2.5 tbsp
  • Soda – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla sugar

For the cream:

  • Milk – 450 ml
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Sugar – 170 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Starch – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 70 g

Method of preparation:

1. To make the cakes, mix cottage cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla.

2. Gradually add flour and baking soda.

3. Make a sausage out of the dough and divide it into small equal parts. Roll each of them into a thin cake.

4. Fry in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

5. To make the cream, beat the eggs with sugar.

6. Add sour cream, starch, and flour.

7. Heat the milk. Pour 1\3 part into the mixture and mix well. Then pour everything back into the saucepan and cook until it thickens.
