Caesar sauce with an unexpected ingredient: how to impress your guests
Caesar salad has not only become a popular dish in fine restaurants, but also a favorite salad at home. The special sauce with a sweet and sour flavor gives it a special flavor.
Housewives are used to thinking that the main components of the sauce are olive oil and Dijon mustard. Few people know, but this classic recipe also requires the addition of mayonnaise and anchovies.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Loaf of bread - 200 g
- Parmesan cheese - 60 g
- Lettuce leaves
For the sauce:
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Anchovies - 3 pcs
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parmesan cheese - 30 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 80 ml
- Water - 2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the loaf into pieces, drizzle with olive oil and dry in the oven at 200 degrees.
3. Beat the ingredients for the sauce in a blender.
4. Assemble the salad and season with the sauce.
