Ingredients
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Romaine lettuce - 1 bunch
- spices - to taste
Ingredients for the sauce
- yolk - 1 pc.
- oil - 100 ml
- nustard - 1 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- salt
- pepper
- dried garlic - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g
Ingredients for breading
- flour - 4 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- breadcrumbs - 100 g
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Cut the chicken fillet in half and beat well with a hammer. Add your favorite spices.
2. Prepare the breading. Add salt and pepper eggs and mix well. Dip the chicken fillet first in flour, then in the egg, and then in the breading.
3. Put on parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and slowly beat with a blender from the bottom up until smooth.
5. Cut the lettuce into small pieces and mix with the sauce.
