  • vegetable oil - 200 ml
  • flour - 500 g

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onions and carrots.

2. After 5 minutes add the shredded cabbage.

3. Add salt, tomato sauce + seasonings + chopped dill and parsley.

5. When it cools down a bit, add sesame sauce - 4-5 tbsp.

Method of preparation of the dough:

1. Warm water + oil + salt + baking powder - mix.

2. Gradually add the flour.

3. The dough should be soft and elastic, thanks to the oil it will not stick to your hands.

4. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One is slightly smaller.

5. Roll out the larger piece of dough to the size of the baking sheet.

6. Put it on the parchment.

7. Spread the filling.

8. Roll out the second piece of dough and place on top.

9. Fold the edges, but do not make them thick if possible.

10. Mix the egg with milk.

11. Brush the top of the cake with the egg mixture.

12. Put in a preheated oven to 170 degrees.

13. Bake for 40 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

14. When it cools down a bit, cut into slices.
