Cabbage pie for lunch: a recipe for a delicious and satisfying dish
Snack pies can be made from different doughs and with different fillings. For filling pies, it is best to make the dough with kefir, adding baking powder to the flour.
Cook Dariia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light cabbage pie that takes only 30 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- kefir 200 ml.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- fried cabbage
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and whisk with a whisk, pour in the kefir, mix.
2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix the dough well. The consistency should be like thick sour cream.
3. Spoon half of the dough, smooth it out and add the filling. Pour the second half of the dough on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.
