Cabbage pancakes with cheese: lovers of zucchini will appreciate
If you love zucchini pancakes so much that you're ready to eat them all year round, then this recipe is for you. Spoiler alert: there will be no zucchini here. But we will make something very similar and no less delicious.
Take 300 g of cabbage (old or young - it's equally delicious), chop it finely, add 1 grated carrot. Season them with 1 tsp of horseradish, add 3 eggs, 1 tbsp of sour cream and 70 g of flour. Grate 1 pack of cottage cheese into this mixture. The viscosity of the cheese will make everything taste better (and the cheese will give us the tenderness that we lack without zucchini. Perfect). Next, put the dough in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. That's it, it's done.
