Cabbage and mushroom filling pie: how to make kefir dough

Cabbage and mushroom pie is a great addition to first courses, as well as cereals and pasta. The dish is based on a simple kefir dough and a juicy filling.
The recipe for the cabbage and mushroom pie was published on one of the cooking blogs (polli_cooking) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt - a pinch
- kefir - 200 ml
- flour - 150-200 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sesame seeds or Provencal herbs (for sprinkling)
The filling:
- cabbage - 1\2 pcs
- mushrooms - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, mix the eggs with salt.
2. Add kefir, flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
2. For the filling, chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry for 5-10 minutes.
3. Chop the cabbage and add to the mushrooms. Fry for 10 minutes, then add a little water and simmer until it evaporates.
4. Pour some of the dough into the bottom of the mold. Put the filling and pour the rest of the dough.
5. Sprinkle with herbs and sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
