How to cook:

- Once the milk comes to a boil, take out the cinnamon stick and continue cooking and stirring. This process will take some time, but the result will be worth it. Stir and make sure that the dish does not burn.
- Subsequently, the mass will thicken and begin to reach for the whisk, it will also acquire a delicate coffee color. Once this has happened, it's time to remove the "toffee" from the fire.
- Transfer the pan to the table and continue stirring: the dessert should cool down a little. Then pour the mass into any silicone molds. As soon as the "butterscotch" cools down completely and becomes stiff at the edges, it is ready. You can treat the whole family with your own handmade candies.
