Ingredients for the dough:

  • fresh yeast - 25 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • vanilla sugar - 1 pack
  • milk - 250 ml
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 550 g +- 50 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  • jam - 200 g

For greasing

  • yolk - 1 pc
  • water - 1 tsp.

1. Add sugar to yeast an stir with a spoon. Leave it for 10 minutes.

2. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.

3. Add room temperature milk to the yeast and sugar, stir and pour it into the cottage cheese mass. Mix everything together.

4. Then add flour in 2-3 steps

5. Knead the dough.

6. The amount of flour may vary depending on its quality and the moisture content of the cottage cheese.

12. Beat the yolk with a little water and brush the buns.

13. Bake at 170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
