Buns that always turn out fluffy: we share the secrets of dough preparation
These buns will be an ideal option for a hearty snack. Especially with your favorite warming drink. The base is cottage cheese, so the texture is very tender and juicy. And to make the dough really fluffy, you need to do one simple manipulation.
The idea of making fluffy sweet buns was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nadia Oranska (nadia.oranska). According to this technique, the baking powder must be sifted into the mass along with the flour.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp
- a pinch of salt
- flour - 250 g
- baking powder - 10 g (1.5 tsp)
- milk - for lubrication
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
2. Sift the flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
3. Form balls with wet hands (it is better to clean the mold or parchment with oil).
4. Brush the balls with milk before baking.
5. Bake at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
