Zucchini can be used to make not only a delicious stew, but also appetizers in the form of rolls, pancakes with various fillings, and pancakes. You can use hard cheese, as well as cottage cheese or processed cheese for the filling for the rolls.

  • 2 zucchini
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. of flour with a slide
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt


  • 200 g of hard cheese
  • 1 processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • dill
  • 2 medium tomatoes

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise, salt, and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Beat the eggs and mix the flour and smoked paprika in a separate bowl.

3. Dredge the zucchini in flour, then in eggs and fry until golden on both sides. Put the fried zucchini on a plate and blot the excess oil with a napkin.

4. For the filling: mix grated cheese, processed cheese, sour cream, herbs, and garlic.

6. Spread the cooled zucchini with 1 tsp of the cheese filling, put a slice of tomato on top, and roll up. Put the rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or 1 hour to keep their shape.
