Chicken eggs can be used to make many delicious appetizers, and they are also added to almost all salads. Raw eggs make a safe and tasty homemade mayonnaise.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious stuffed eggs with hard cheese, bacon, and mayonnaise on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- bacon - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 4-5 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- hard cheese - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the eggs, cut them in half and put the yolks in a separate bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and fried onions to the yolk, mix, put into a pastry bag or stuff with a spoon.
3. Fry the bacon until golden brown, grate the cheese and fry in portions until melted, leave it in the pan to dry.
5. Stuff the eggs with a pastry bag or simply spoon the filling over them. Top with some bacon and cheese.
