Budget stew with meatballs for a hearty lunch: any minced meat will do
If you have some minced meat and vegetables, it's a great idea to make a stew with meatballs. You will get a full-fledged hearty meal for lunch that does not require long cooking. In addition, it has all the ingredients that a person needs during the day to feel good.

Ingredients for meatballs:
- minced meat - 500 g
- salt, pepper, paprika
Ingredients for the stew:
- potatoes - 600 g
- carrots - 250 g
- onion - 200 g
- peas - 200 g
- sweet pepper - 200 g
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper, hot pepper
- water - 1200 ml.
- oil for frying - 30 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Stir together the minced meat, salt, pepper, paprika.
2. Make small meatballs, the size of a walnut. It is better to do this with wet hands.
3. Pour oil into a large saucepan and fry the meatballs for 3 minutes on both sides.
4. Add chopped onions, garlic, carrots.
5. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
6. Add potatoes, peppers, peas, tomato, salt, pepper, and paprika.
7. Fill everything with water.
8. Bring to a boil, and over medium heat, cook for about 30-35 minutes, with the lid closed, until the vegetables are tender.
