Budget pumpkin pancakes that always turn out lush
It is worth adding pumpkin to your diet as it is extremely healthy and very budget-friendly. In addition to soups and pies, this fruit can also be used to make pancakes. They are very fluffy, moderately fatty, and have a pleasant sweet flavor.
The idea of making pumpkin pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nina (ninatkachseniak).
Ingredients:
- banana (ripe) - 1 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- raw pumpkin - 100 g
- flour - 2-3 spoons
Cooking method:
1. Mash the banana with a fork and egg until puree (if the banana is not very ripe, you can use a blender).
2. Add the grated pumpkin and 2-3 tablespoons of flour.
3. Fry under a lid over low heat. If they stick to the pan, grease it with a little oil and then wipe it a little with a paper towel.
