Ingredients for the dough:
- butter – 100 g
- flour – 200 g
- egg – 1 pc
- ice water – 1 tbsp
- salt – 0.5 tsp
Ingredients for the filling:
- onion – 600 g
- butter – 50 g
- bacon, lard, or ham – 200 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- sour cream – 300 g
- spices: salt/pepper/nutmeg
Method of preparation:
1. Cut cold butter with flour into crumbs.
2. Add the egg.
3. Add a pinch of salt, pour in ice water, and knead the dough.
4. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
5. For the filling, fry the onion until golden brown in butter.
6. Add the bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. For the filling, mix the eggs with sour cream and spices.
8. Combine the cooled filling with the topping.
9. Roll out the dough into a medium-thick layer.
10. Transfer to a greased baking dish and add the filling.
11. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
