- kefir - 500 ml. (slightly warm)
- sugar - 5 tbsp
- oil - 6 tbsp.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- dry yeast - 1 package
- flour - 1200 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Add yeast and sugar to warm kefir and mix.
2. Add eggs and oil.
3. Sift flour into the dough.
4. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place to let it rise well.
5. Then divide into two parts, roll out and cut into triangles.
6. Put the filling and roll up the bagels.
7. Put them on a baking sheet.
8. Leave to rise for another half hour.
