  • flour – 400-450 g
  • margarine – 100 g
  • butter – 100 g
  • sugar – 100 g
  • vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • baking powder – 1 tsp

  • jam – 250-300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Make the dough: add baking powder, cold margarine, and butter to the flour.

2. Chop with a knife and then rub into crumbs with your hands.

3. In this recipe, if there is no lard, you can add margarine or butter 200 g.

4. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well.

5. Add the eggs and knead a soft and elastic dough.

6. Divide the dough into two parts, wrap it in cling film or a plastic bag, and put the smaller part in the freezer and the larger part in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

7. Form the pie: take part of the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out on parchment.

8. Transfer the dough with the parchment to the mold.

10. Take the second part of the dough out of the freezer and grate it on top of the jam on a coarse grater.

11. Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

14. Cool the finished cake completely before cutting it into portions.
