Homemade spreads can be prepared with canned fish, specifically tuna, as well as eggs, cheese, and herbs. It is better not to use mayonnaise!

A cook shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying tuna spread with fresh cucumbers on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp of cream cheese
  • salt as desired

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the boiled eggs with a fork, add the finely chopped cucumbers, tuna and cream cheese, and mix.

2. Season with salt to taste and serve with croutons.
