Budget focaccia instead of pizza: no eggs in the recipe
To make a traditional homemade pizza, you need to prepare a dough that can be rolled out thinly. Then it will be really crispy. So if you don't have time for this, you can make a delicious focaccia. The dish is quite fluffy and looks a bit like a pie. The dough is cooked with honey, so it has a very appetizing crispy crust.

Ingredients for the dough:
- 100 ml of warm water
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 15 g of dry yeast
Method of preparation:
1. Stir the mixture. Leave in a warm place until foamy.

- 550 ml of warm water
- 10 g of salt
- 25 ml of olive oil
- 900 g of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Knead a smooth homogeneous dough. Let it rise for about 1 hour.
2. Form into a ball (1 or 2), let rest for 15 minutes.
3. Create a focaccia.
4. Let rest for 15 minutes.
5. Crush well and add the filling. The filling can be any.
One of the filling options:
- 14 olives
- 2 small tomatoes
- herbs as desired
- 2 tsp chili pepper
- 6 tbsp of oil
Bake in the oven at 245 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
