Ingredients

  • Oil - 5 tbsp
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Soda - ½ tsp
  • Jam - ½ cup
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Corn flour - sprats will take

Method of preparation

1. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, gradually adding sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar to your own taste, depending on how sweet the jam is.

2. Add ½ tsp of baking soda to the jam. It will start to foam and this is normal.

3. Add the oil and jam to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.

4. Add as much corn flour as you need.

5. Put the pie in the mold and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
