Sweet bell pepper is a very valuable, healthy, budget and tasty vegetable that can be eaten raw and baked. It can be delicious stuffed, stewed with vegetables, made into salads and sauces.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty appetizer of sweet roasted peppers, with butter and garlic.
Ingredients:
- pepper - 1 kg
- dill
- salt - 1 tsp. (or as desired)
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the peppers, place on a baking tray with parchment and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
2. Afterwards, transfer them to a pot, leave them for 10-20 minutes and then peel them from the skin, and cut them into large pieces.
3. Add the spices, garlic, oil and herbs. You can put it in the refrigerator for an hour to allow it to marinate better.
