The idea of making the Broken Glass dessert with ryazhenka was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname _lady.stegantseva_ .
Ingredients:
- jelly - 2 packs
- gelatin - 35 g
- sour cream - 300 g 20%
- ryazhenka - 600 ml
- sugar - 5 tbsp (add to your taste)
- 2 packs of jelly (cook according to the instructions)
Method of preparation:
1. 35g. gelatin pour +-100 ml of cold water, leave to swell for 7-10 minutes.
2. Mix sour cream, ryazhenka and sugar.
3. Add gelatin heated at low power in the microwave or in a water bath (do not bring it to a boil).
4. Add the frozen jelly into cubes, pour into the mold (you can cover the mold with a bag).
5. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
