The main difference from the previous one is the presence of cookies and one type of jelly. This cake is perfect for autumn gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • Cookies - 350-400 g
  • Sour cream - 850 g
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla sugar - a pinch
  • Jelly with orange flavor - 1 sachet
  • Confectionery gelatin - 25 g
  • Cocoa for decoration
How to make a cake without baking

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the contents of the jelly sachet with hot water until completely dissolved. This is to prevent the jelly particles from settling to the bottom of the mold. Otherwise, it will be difficult to remove the finished jelly from the mold, as the bottom may be covered with a strong jelly film. Put in the refrigerator to thicken.

2. Break the cookies into pieces.

3. Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar.

4. Pour in the vanilla sugar.

5. Cover the mold with parchment.

6. Take the jelly out of the refrigerator, dip the dish in hot water, and then cut the jelly into cubes.

7. Pour gelatin with hot water, stir well, and add to the sour cream. Beat with a blender.

8. Assemble the cake. Pour a little cream on the bottom of the mold, and put cookies, jelly, and cream again. Repeat the steps until you run out of ingredients. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.

9. Decorate with cocoa.

1. Pour 200-250 ml of hot boiled water into a packet of jelly, mix, and leave in the refrigerator until it hardens completely.

2. Next, add the powdered sugar to the sour cream and mix lightly. Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave for 20 minutes to swell.

3. Then heat it, but do not bring it to a boil. Leave it to cool slightly, then add it to the sour cream.

4. Cut the jelly into cubes and add it to the sour cream, mix. Next, add the crackers and mix everything again.

5. Put the dough into a mold covered with cling film. It will be easier to take it out. Put it in the refrigerator and leave it until it is completely frozen.
