Ingredients:
- sour cream - 500 g
- gelatin 10 g + 50 ml of water
- fruit jelly - 2 types
- banana - 1 pc.
- biscuits - 155 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the fruit jelly. Then cut it into pieces.

2. Pour gelatin with water at room temperature and set aside to swell.
3. Add the vanilla sugar, sugar, and gelatin to the sour cream, mix, and after swelling, melt to a liquid state in the microwave, pour into the sour cream, and mix well.

4. Add the sliced banana and fruit jelly to the sour cream and mix.
