Bright Georgian Tbilisi salad with beef: no mayonnaise needed
Georgian Tbilisi salad is a combination of bright flavors and colors, as well as spices. The salad is hearty thanks to the beef, juicy thanks to the vegetables, and beautiful thanks to the variety of ingredients. It is prepared without mayonnaise, which makes it less harmful.

Ingredients:
- beef - 400 g
- red beans - 1 can (250 g)
- red bell pepper - 200 g
- walnuts - 50 g
- parsley - 25 g
- red onion - 100 g
- salt
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
For the marinade:
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- vinegar - 2 tbsp
- water - 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beef with bay leaf and black peppercorns in salted water until soft. Cool and cut into strips.
2. Cut the red onion into thin half rings. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and water. Stir and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Then drain the marinade and squeeze the onions by hand.
3. Strain and rinse the beans.
4. Cut pepper into strips.
5. Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan. Cool, then rub a little with your hands to peel them. Cut into strips.
6. Chop the parsley.
7. Mix beef, beans, pepper, pickled onions, parsley, and nuts in a bowl. Season with salt, add oil and mix.
