Breakfast in 3 minutes: how to cook delicious lazy dumplings

The perfect breakfast should be hearty and simple. In this case, lazy dumplings are perfect. You only need 5 ingredients to make them. They will be cooked in 3 minutes.

The idea of making quick lazy dumplings for breakfast was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname healthydemure. They are moderately sweet because honey is added instead of sugar.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 9% - 200 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • honey - 1-2 tsp (or any other sweetener)
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp (look at the consistency, the dough should be plastic)
  • a pinch of vanilla

Method of preparation:

1. Put the cheese in a bowl.

2. Add the remaining ingredients.

3. Stir well or beat with a blender until smooth.

4. Form a "sausage" of dough.

5. Lightly roll in flour and cut into pieces with a knife to form lazy dumplings.

6. Cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes (until they float).

7. When serving, add butter/ghee/ghee as desired.
