Breakfast in 10 minutes: oatmeal with avocado and poached egg
If you don't eat in the morning because you don't have time, we have great news for you: you don't have to wake up early in the morning to make a delicious breakfast. The FoodOboz editorial team tells you about dishes that take no more than ten minutes to prepare.
Today we are sharing a recipe for salty oatmeal. We suggest making it with Parmesan cheese and serving it with a poached egg and avocado.
- oatmeal – 200 g
- butter – 1 tbsp
- water – 400 ml
- cream – 50 ml
- grated Parmesan cheese – 1 tbsp
- ripe avocado – half
- egg – 1 pc
- salt, pepper – to taste
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Pour in the oatmeal, stir, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook according to the instructions on the package.
- A couple of minutes before the end, pour in the cream and stir.
- Add parmesan, salt, and pepper, stir again, and serve with sliced avocado and a poached egg.
