Breakfast in 10 minutes: eggs baked in avocado

Today we are sharing a recipe for eggs baked in avocado. It is as simple as possible to prepare this breakfast. We recommend serving eggs with avocados with fresh bread or crispy toast: while the avocados are baking, dry the bread in a dry frying pan without oil.
- avocado - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- salt and pepper - a pinch
- herbs - optional
- Heat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Wash the avocado, and pat dry. Cut in half, remove the pit. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Beat an egg into each well of the avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in a preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs when serving.
If you don't like runny yolk, bake the avocado for 15-20 minutes. If you like, you can sprinkle the eggs with grated cheese: after you see that the yolk has set with a white film, take out the baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven for a couple of minutes.
