Today we are sharing a recipe for banana pancakes. The pancake recipe is versatile; instead of banana, you can add apples, persimmons, strawberries, or any other berries to the dough to your liking.
- kefir - 0.5 cups
- ripe banana - 2 pcs.
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 5 tbsp
- sugar - to taste
- soda - on the tip of a knife
- lemon juice or vinegar
- vegetable oil - for frying
- honey - for serving
- Peel the banana. Put it in a blender, and add kefir, egg, flour, and sugar. Grind everything well.
- Quench the baking soda with vinegar or lemon juice, and add to the dough. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Mix well, spoon onto a hot and oiled frying pan.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with honey.
