Bread that does not need to be kneaded: an elementary cooking technique
Homemade bread is undoubtedly the most delicious. It is flavorful, fluffy, and crispy. However, the technology for making dough is often quite complicated. Therefore, you need to use a simple recipe without kneading.

Ingredients:
- flour - 500 g + for powdering
- hot water 50 degrees - 340 g
- salt - 9 g
- dry yeast - 9 g
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the sifted flour, salt, and yeast – mix well.
2. Add hot water.
3. Knead the dough with a spoon or your hands, cover it with cling film or a towel, and leave it at room temperature for 40 minutes.
4. You can take a regular baking dish and a baking sheet and heat the dish with water for 30 minutes to 230 degrees.
5. Sprinkle the surface with flour, put the dough, and form the bread.
6. Sprinkle the finished dough with flour, cover with a cotton towel, and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
7. Put the parchment with the dough on a preheated baking sheet, make cuts on top of the dough with a blade, and immediately put it in a preheated oven with a steam bath for 30 minutes at 230 degrees on the lower level.
8. Remove the steam bath, reduce the temperature to 210 degrees, and bake the bread for another 15 minutes.
9. Take the finished bread out of the oven and let it cool completely.
