Braised cabbage in a pan: what spices will make the dish unique

Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pc.
- oil - 3-4 tbsp.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- cabbage - 600 g
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
- cumin - 1 tsp.
- coriander - 1 tsp.
- mixture of peppers\freshly ground pepper
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- red (hot) pepper - to taste
- water - 1\2 cups.
Method of preparation:
1. Let's start with the onion. Dice the onion. Pour it into a frying pan heated with oil and put it to fry.
2. Meanwhile, grate the carrots. Add to the onion when it becomes slightly soft.
3. Chop the cabbage and add it to the vegetables.
4. Add tomato paste, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper along with the cabbage. Cover with water and simmer for 15 minutes.
