Ingredients:
- beets - 3 kg
- carrots - 1.5 kg
- onion - 1 kg
- bell pepper - 1 kg
- tomatoes - 1 kg
- chili pepper - 1 pc.
- vinegar - 1 cup
- oil - 1 cup
- sugar - 5 tbsp
- salt - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Wash all the vegetables, peel the seeds from the peppers, and cut them into strips.
- Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater along with the beets.
- Cut onions and tomatoes into large cubes.
- Be sure to remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut it into strips.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan, fry the onion for about 3 minutes, add the bell pepper, tomatoes, chili peppers, carrots, beets, mix everything, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- fresh beets - 800 g
- cabbage - 800 g
- carrots - 500 g
- onions - 500 g
- tomatoes - 500 g
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- vinegar - 50 ml
- water - 100 ml
- salt and sugar - 2 tbsp each.
Method of preparation:
- Chop cabbage, carrots, and beets and grate on a coarse grater.
- Cut the tomatoes and onions into large cubes.
- Fry all the ingredients in a frying pan, add water, and stew well, add vinegar, sugar, and salt at the very end, and mix thoroughly.
- Put the finished dressing in sterile jars and preserve. But you can also freeze it, just cool it, put it in bags and send it to the freezer.
