Stewed cabbage is a great addition to many dishes; it can also be cooked with meat, mushrooms, and spices. To give the dish an unusual flavor, try adding new ingredients, such as minced meat, tomato paste, and spices.

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 500 g
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • minced meat - 500 g
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 50 g
  • salt - to taste
  • spices - paprika, black pepper, turmeric, hops suneli - to taste

Sauce:

  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
  • ketchup - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 100-150 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the onion and grate the carrots. Fry them in a frying pan until soft.

2. Add the minced meat, spread it out, stir, add a little water and simmer. Add a piece of butter or oil.

3. Add a piece of butter, spices, chopped tomatoes and sauce and mix.

4. Chop the cabbage, add and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
