Ingredients:

  • blueberries - 300 g
  • sugar - 300 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the berries, leave them in water for 5-10 minutes. Drain in a colander.
  2. Put the blueberries in a saucepan, cover with sugar, leave for 1-2 hours to dissolve the sugar completely and let the blueberries juice out.
  3. Put on medium heat, cook until it boils, stir constantly, cook for another 5 minutes and immediately pour into jars.
  4. Roll up the jars, turn them upside down, and when they are completely cool, transfer them to a cool, dark place.

Ingredients:

  • blueberries - 800 g
  • sugar - 800 g
  • jelly mixture - 1 package

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and dry the berries.
  2. Pour sugar over the berries and leave for 1 hour, the sugar will dissolve completely and the berries will release their juice.
  3. Put the saucepan on the fire, cook the jam until it boils and for another 5 minutes afterwards. Be sure to collect the foam.
  4. Afterwards, blend the berries with a blender, add the jelly mixture and cook again until it boils.
  5. Pour the hot jam into jars, turn them upside down, let them cool completely and transfer to a dark place.

3. Blueberryand raspberry jam

Ingredients:

  • blueberries - 800 g
  • sugar - 800-900 g
  • raspberries - 400

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the berries thoroughly, put the raspberries and blueberries in a large saucepan, cover with sugar, leave for 1 hour to let the berries juice.
  2. Then bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
  3. Pour the hot jam into jars and preserve.
