- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Butter - 100 gr
- Sugar - 130 gr
- Eggs - 1 pc
Ingredients for the filling
- Cream cheese - 1 kg
- Sugar - 150 gr
- Starch - 50 gr
- Blueberries - 250 g
Method of preparation
1. Prepare the dough. Add salt and baking powder to the flour.
2. Add the grated butter. Mix everything together, rubbing into crumbs.
3. Add sugar and egg. Knead the dough.
4. Put the dough into the mold and tamp it down, making the base and sides. Put it in the refrigerator.
5. Prepare the curd mass. Add sugar, starch and blueberries to the cream cheese. Beat with a blender until smooth.
6. Take the dough mold out of the refrigerator and put the filling in. Smooth it out.
7. Put in a preheated oven to 160° and bake for about 1 hour.
