"Black Forest" brownies without flour and sugar: Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shares his cooking secrets

Brownies are one of the tastiest and easiest desserts to make, based on the chocolate dough, nuts, cocoa, and cherries.

Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a simple recipe for a delicious brownie with cherries on Instagram, which you can easily make at home in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • dark chocolate – 150 g
  • milk chocolate – 75 g
  • butter – 100 g
  • cocoa – 40-45 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • sugar – 195 g
  • salt – 4 g

Filling:

  • frozen cherries – 300 g
  • sugar – 45
  • corn flour – 8 g
  • lemon or orange juice – 5-10 g

For the cream:

  • cream – 200 g
  • sugar or powdered sugar – 30
  • orange or lemon zest

Method of preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.

2. Add cocoa to this mixture and mix thoroughly.

3. Beat the eggs with the sugar into a stiff foam and add them in 3 stages to the warm chocolate mixture, add salt and put in a cold place to harden.

4. Put the finished viscous mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

5. Put in a preheated oven for 6 minutes at 220°C.

6. Remove and cut the hot cake and leave to cool.

7. FillingPut the cherries in a frying pan, add sugar and starch, and mix well so that nothing sticks to the bottom, cook for about 1 minute.

8. Remove the finished filling from the heat and let it cool.

9. Whip the cream and powdered sugar into a thick cream.

10. Assemble the dessert: brush the underside of the cooled cookies with whipped cream.

11. Put a cherry in the center and cover with the second part of the biscuits.
