Bird's milk with sponge cake is a dessert that will become a favorite for those who hate spending a lot of time in the kitchen. It is prepared in a simple way and in a matter of minutes. The result is an incredible taste that cannot be compared to anything else.

Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo knows exactly how to make bird's milk with sponge cake. On Instagram, he shared what ingredients are needed for this.

Ingredients

  • butter - 125 grams
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • starch - 3 tbsp
  • sugar - 1.5 tbsp
  • milk - 1 liter
  • whipped cream - 1 can

Ingredients for chocolate sauce

  • milk - 2 cups
  • water - 1 glass
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • starch - ½ tbsp
  • cocoa - 2.5 tsp
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • chocolate - 60 g
  • butter - 1 tbsp

Method of preparation.

1. First, prepare the chocolate sauce. Mix all the ingredients except chocolate and butter. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.

2. Turn off the heat, add the chocolate and butter. Mix thoroughly.

3. Cool, stirring constantly. Put it in the refrigerator.

4. Now let's start preparing the dessert. Melt butter and add flour. Fry.

5. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat everything with a blender.

6. Put the main mass with the sponge cake into the molds and pour the chocolate sauce on top.

7. Put it in the fridge overnight.
