Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 pc
- Canned peas - 150 gr
- Creamy processed cheese - 2-3 pieces
- Grated garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Salt
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Boil or bake the beets (preferably baked) and cut into small cubes.
2. Cut processed cheeses into cubes.
3. Add the green peas. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add grated garlic, salt and mayonnaise. Mix.
Beets and processed cheeses can also be grated. In this case, the consistency of the salad will change, but the taste will remain excellent.
