Better than syrnyky: how to cook a delicious pancake with fruit in a pan

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (5%) - 300 g
- flour - 100 g
- sugar - 40 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- baking powder - 3 g
- fruits - 100 g (peaches or others)
- oil for frying - 3 g

1. Crack eggs into a bowl and add sugar and baking powder.
2. Mix everything.

3. Add cheese and mix again.
4. Add flour.

5. Make homogeneous batter.
6. Using a brush, grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.

7. Spread the batter over the entire surface with a wet spoon.
8. Dice the fruit and top the batter with it.

9. Cook with the lid closed on low heat for 5 minutes.
10. Turn over and cook on the other side for the same amount of time.
